Preamble

The present Cookie Management Charter is intended for the user (hereinafter referred to the “USERS”) of the internet site https://hotdropp.com (hereinafter referred to as the “SITE”), meaning any person who accesses and browses on the SITE as a CLIENT or as a simple internaut.

Article 1. Who collects my data?

The entity responsible for processing the USER data collected via the SITE is Image-In BV, a privately held company, enrolled on the Trade and Companies Registry of Nijmegen under number 09187599, whose head office is at Kerkenbos 10-77e, 6546BB Nijmegen, The Netherlands in the person of its legal representative duly authorized to conclude the present charter (hereinafter “IMAGE-IN BV” or “Us”).

Article 2. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file installed on the hard disk of your computer when you visit an internet site. It records certain information on your browsing or on your online behavior that allows us to improve and facilitate your experience as an internaut.

Article 3. What are cookies for?

The cookies used on the SITE are used to differentiate you so as to improve your browsing and the service we propose to you.

In practice, the technical cookies allow us to authenticate and identify you, accelerate your browsing on our site and access its different functionalities. They can, depending on the cookie, record your preferences and measure the different uses made of the SITE.

4.2.1 Cookies linked to audience measurement operations IMAGE-IN BV informs you that it uses the services of Google Analytics to measure the audience of the SITE. Objective of cookie: This cookie allows Google Analytics to identify a user who has already been to the site in order to count single visits efficiently.
Duration: 13 months after the last time you used HOTDROPP.

Name of cookie: _gid (Google Analytics)
Objective of cookie: This cookie allows Google Analytics to identify a user during the same day.
Duration: 1 day after the last time you used HOTDROPP.

4.2.2 Various third party cookies

We do not use any third party cookies.

Article 5. How can cookies be managed?

Article 7. Your rights

In conformity with the Law on Computing and Freedom no.78-17 of January 6, 1978, and EU Regulations 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, entered into force on May 25, 2018 (hereinafter “GDPR”), you possess the following rights:

– Right to block or erase personal data, when they are inexact, incomplete, equivocal, obsolete, or whose collection, utilization, communication or conservation is forbidden;
– Right to withdraw your consent at any time;
– Right to limit the processing of your data;
– Right to oppose the processing of your data;
– Right to the portability of the data that you have supplied to us, when your data are subject to automated processing based on your consent or on a contract;
– Right to define the fate of your data after your death and to choose that we communicate (or not) your data to a third person whom you have designated beforehand.

In the case of death and failing instructions from you, we undertake to destroy your data, except when their conservation is necessary for purposes of proof or to satisfy a legal obligation. You can exercise your rights by using one of the following procedures: – Either by email to info@image-in.nl

Article 8. Duration of conservation

Whatever the case, the information stored in your terminal (e.g., cookies) or any other item used to identify you for the purposes of audience statistics will not be conserved beyond a period of thirteen (13) months. After this date, the raw patronage data associated with a username are either deleted or anonymized.
